Service Description

This session is for basic / beginner Freediver (pool level) holders (level 0.5) wishing to work on skills in a sheltered water environment, prior to partaking in an open water boat dive. Small group size with a maximum of 4 per instructor ensures a tailored, individual approach to your development as a freediver. General structure (3 hours) - Session introduction - Gearing up / equipment demonstration - Freediving session with focus on: Equalisation, buoyancy control, skills development, Free immersion, duck diving and constant weight. - Finish up with recreational freedive - Debrief Depth between 5 - 8 metres max. Dependant on location of dive.
