What to Expect on the Day

We’ll meet at the water, go through everything step-by-step, and head out into a calm, suitable dive location. You’ll be guided the whole time, learning how to relax, dive comfortably, and enjoy being underwater in a safe, supportive environment. No pressure, no rush, just time in the water to build confidence and experience freediving properly.
