Cancellation Policy
Freedive Geelong – Freediving Course Policy Each participant must complete the Freedive Geelong Health, Consent & Risk Acknowledgement before booking. PADI participants must also complete all current PADI medical, liability/assumption-of-risk and safe-diving documentation; PADI paperwork remains separate from the Wix form. Bookings close 48 hours before the session. Customer cancellation or rescheduling is available until 72 hours before the first session. Safety, weather or operational conditions may require postponement or cancellation by Freedive Geelong. Applicable Victorian and Commonwealth law applies. Relevant recognised industry guidance, including the current Australian Adventure Activity Standards / Good Practice Guides where applicable, is used as operational guidance and is not legislation.
