Night Snorkel
Night Snorkel
An intimate, small-group snorkel experience beneath the night surface.
Service Description
After dark, the ocean becomes something entirely different. The noise fades. The surface settles. Light narrows to the beam of your torch, and the reef reveals a world rarely witnessed. Rays glide silently across the sand. Octopus emerge and shift colour as they hunt. Reef fish retreat into crevices while nocturnal species take their place. The atmosphere is calm, focused and deeply immersive. Our Night Snorkel Experience is intentionally designed as a premium small-group offering. With a maximum of four participants per instructor, this is not a busy tour — it is a guided immersion into the nocturnal marine environment. The small-group format allows us to move deliberately and without rush. When marine life appears, we pause. Every participant has space, visibility and time to observe. Your instructor shares insight into the behaviour and ecology of what you’re seeing, adding depth to the experience without overwhelming it. Floating on the surface at night, breathing slowly, watching the reef come alive beneath you is both exhilarating and grounding. It’s an experience that feels rare — because it is. We begin with a comprehensive land-based briefing covering safety systems, positioning and night-specific awareness. Once in the water, we operate in a structured pod formation to maintain visibility, control and a calm atmosphere throughout the session. Everything is intentionally organised to create a seamless experience. Included in your booking: - Professional freediving instructor guidance - Premium underwater dive torch - All hire gear - including 5mm open cell wetsuit and freediving fins. - Personal LED visibility marker - Structured safety systems and close in-water supervision Participants must be confident swimmers and comfortable in open ocean conditions. No prior night snorkelling experience is required. This is a refined coastal experience for those wanting something beyond the ordinary — a rare opportunity to witness the ocean in its most intimate state. Investment: $175 per person All essential equipment included. Strictly limited spaces.
