Cancellation Policy
Freedive Geelong – Coaching / Charter Policy Each participant must complete the Health, Consent & Risk Acknowledgement before booking and follow all instructor, buddy, site, equipment and safety requirements. PADI participants must also complete current PADI documentation separately. Bookings close 24 hours before the session. Customer cancellation or rescheduling is available until 72 hours before the session. Weather, site conditions, supervision or other safety considerations may require a change of site, postponement or cancellation by Freedive Geelong. Applicable Victorian and Commonwealth law applies. Relevant recognised industry guidance, including the current Australian Adventure Activity Standards / Good Practice Guides where applicable, is used as operational guidance and is not legislation.
