Freediver Level 1 (Theory Only)

- Access to the PADI Freediver online platform; a wealth of knowledge that takes you step by step though the core fundamentals of freediving, includes videos and 12 months access to review any material covered.

- 3 hour theory class

- 12 months ongoing online support + advice from date of course commencement

Pre-requisite

- Age: 12 years old minimum

- Must have completed online "Freediver" component of the PADI touch, knowledge review and exam prior to theory session.

Must have filled out and returned (prior to or on the day) the following forms:

- PADI Freediver Medical History Form

- PADI Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding Programme

- PADI Freediver Program Release of Liability/Assumption of Risk/Non-agency Acknowledgment Form or PADI Statement of Risk and Liability/Non-agency Acknowledgment Form – Freediver Programme, EU Version.

Where to from here?

- Book into a 'Freediver lv.1 pool' session then follow it up by the 'Freediver lv.1 ocean' dives.

- The 'Freediver lv.1 pool' session will teach you the practical skills of freediving that were covered in the theory + online session's. Expect to spend a minimum of 2.5 hours in the pool learning static + dynamic apnea exercises, rescue techniques, skills coaching and correct use of equipment.

- The 'Freediver lv.1 ocean' dives are designed to take you into the ocean; where the adventure truly begins!
