Service Description
A practical small-group course covering safe speargun handling, setup, loading and unloading procedures, transport, maintenance, muzzle awareness, line management and responsible in-water practices. Designed for beginners and newer spearfishers who want confidence using their equipment safely before entering open-water hunting environments. Course topics include: - Speargun types, components and correct setup - Safe handling and muzzle awareness - Loading and unloading techniques - Rigging, shooting-line and float-line management - Entry, exit and transport procedures - Common equipment faults and basic maintenance - Buddy positioning, communication and responsible use - Controlled practical drills under instructor supervision Participants must follow all instructor directions. Practical exercises are conducted in a controlled training environment, with no live hunting component.
